COVID-19 update: A message to all of our clients

We Influence would like to assure all of our valued customers that, despite the outbreak of COVID-19, we are continuing to maintain ‘business as usual’.

We are of course acting on the latest advice from the government and as a result all of our staff are now working from home until further notice.

We are a digital business. We are not required to be in a busy office environment to carry out our work. As a result, we can guarantee all customers that your account will receive the same detailed attention as it would if all our staff were working from their office desks.

We will remain open to answer all calls or emails during normal office hours throughout this period of uncertainty, with plans drawn up internally to ensure communications across all departments are unaffected.

We will be in touch with all clients to discuss plans for scheduled meetings, taking into account the latest information and advice.

These are challenging times but you can rest assured We Influence will continue to carefully monitor business trends and customer habits, and adapt our strategies as necessary to secure the best results for all of our clients.

Finally, we would like to pass on our best wishes to anyone who is experiencing or does experience coronavirus symptoms. We wish you a full and speedy recovery.
